Client Care & Service Policy At the conclusion of each lash appointment, I provide detailed aftercare instructions designed to help you maintain your lashes for the maximum possible duration. It is essential to follow these guidelines closely, as proper aftercare plays a crucial role in lash retention. Please note that failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in premature shedding of your extensions. As such, I will no longer offer full or partial refunds in cases where poor aftercare is determined to be the cause of early lash loss. In some cases, a client may request a specific lash style or volume that, in my professional opinion, may not be suitable based on the current condition or density of their natural lashes. In these instances, I will always recommend the best option for your lash health and longevity. If you choose to proceed with a style or volume that I do not recommend, I am still happy to provide the service—with the understanding that the results may not last as long as a more suitable alternative would. Refunds will not be offered to those you follow through with a service I do not recommend in my expert opinion. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me, and I always strive to ensure my clients leave feeling confident and happy with their lashes. If at any point during your appointment you are not satisfied with the look or feel of your lashes, please don’t hesitate to communicate that with me so we can make any necessary adjustments before you leave. However, due to the nature of the service, all sales are final, and I am unable to issue refunds after the appointment has concluded. Up to 3 days after your appointment, if you have any concerns, please text me and I will “fix” any issues you have without charging, any times after that willl be charged a fee or a one week fill. Cancellation Policy

Things happen, but I need at least 8 hours in advance for a cancelation. Rebooking a different schedule appointment, we will not charge you. 10% will be charged for a no-show appointment. Please get ahold of me, if there is a emergency.
